Worst. Funeral. Ever.

A funeral in Brazil was broken up in one of the weirdest ways possible on Tuesday, when the deceased person being mourned strolled in through the front door. Apparently the man’s brother identified the wrong body at the morgue. It seems they had found a similar looking man with the same profession and got the wrong identification based on that information. Guests at the funeral were shocked (some fainted and even ran away) when the supposed victim walked through the door. (via Yahoo! News)

Silence Your Cell Phones and Secure Your Purses

A Pennsylvania man was arrested and convicted of stealing over $70,000 from patrons at different movie theaters. It seems the man and often a female accomplice would buy tickets to certain “chick flicks”, sit in their seats, scope out where women placed their purses when they sat down, and once the lights went off, he would slither around the obviously immaculate movie theater floor (just kidding) and steal money and credit cards from the purses. He then used the stolen merchandise for cash advances and purchasing different retail items and selling them at discounted prices. The man now faces over 70 years in prison! (via Yahoo! News)

“Don’t You Talk About My Baby Like That!”

A mother of the Southern Miss football team quarterback was arrested on Saturday, for allegedly attacking fans in the stands that were jeering and criticizing her son’s pitiful performance on the field. According to the article, this is not the first time the mother has gotten into hot water defending her son’s athletic performance. Last Spring she came to the aid of her son when he was ejected from a baseball game after arguing a call. (via Yahoo! Sports)
